What makes Lago Pizza different?

Lago Pizza is built for how people actually eat in Blind Bay — fast, high-quality pizza made for lake days, beach nights, and everything in between.

We focus on a tight menu, consistent quality, and pickup that fits your day — whether you’re heading to the boat or back to the cabin.

What kind of dough do you use?

We use premium Italian Tipo “00” flour from Polselli, known for producing a lighter, softer, and more refined crust.

It’s the same style of flour used in traditional Italian pizzerias — giving our dough that perfect balance of structure, chew, and crisp, and protein.

How long does it take?

15–20 minutes for most orders.

Do you offer delivery?

No—pickup only. Fast and easy.

But we will meet on the dock at Copper Point, and hand off to you on your boat.

Can I order online?

Yes—order directly through our website.

Is this good for lake days?

Perfect—quick pickup so you can get back on the water.

Can I order for a group?

Yes—our Lake Packs are built for groups and families.

Do you have gluten-free options?

We do not have a gluten-free option. But all our floor is 00 imported from Italy.

Can I customize my pizza?

We are launching with 5 amazing pizza flavours, and will keep building out our menu.
